As Director, Justin supports RiskPod’s strategic growth, international expansion and integration within the wider RGH ecosystem. His expertise spans executive search, workforce optimisation, people advisory services and technology-enabled workforce solutions across financial services, technology, professional services, healthcare and other highly regulated sectors.
